Hours of Operation

Services are by appointment only.

We are OPEN Tuesday through Sunday and CLOSED on Monday.

Tuesday - Friday

9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Saturday

8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Sunday

10:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Appointments & Cancellations

A major credit card is required to reserve an appointment time. However, you do not need to pay with a credit card.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment time is required. If a minimum 24 hours notice is not given prior to your appointment time, your credit card will be charged 50% of the total treat-ments you had reserved. If you do not show up for your appointment (regardless if you received a courtesy call reminder or not) your credit card will be charged 100% of the total treatments you had reserved.

As a courtesy to clients, you may receive an appointment reminder call 1 -2 days prior to your appointment.

Payments

Payment is due when service(s) are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks, major credit cards, and debit cards.

Check-In & Treatment Time

Your check-in time is 10-minutes prior to your appointment time. Treatments promptly begin at your appointment time. Arriving late will deprive you of your full treatment time and your treatment will end at the regularly scheduled time so that the next client's treatment may begin on time. Please note that if you do arrive late, your treatment price will remain unchanged.

Electronic Gadgets That Ring, Buzzzzz, Beep, Vibrate, Sing, or Hummmm...

We politely request that you turn off the power to any electronic gadgets before your service begins. Your treatment was designed to not only help you look and feel your best, but also to help you to recharge and re-center yourself in our crazy high-tech and very noisy world. Buzzing or ringing gadgets also interfere with the concentration of your therapist and with the positive energy flow of your treatment. Thank you for your cooperation.

Children

We are happy to provide skin care and waxing services for children (ages 11-17) if they are accompanied by a parent. However, we ask that you not bring your child with you if you have an appointment because there is no staff available to watch your child while you receive a treatment. Due to liability and safety concerns, we cannot allow your child in the treat-ment room with you. Thank you for your understanding.
